Window Film Installation Guide
Transforming your space is simple with Artscape. Our window films apply easily using just water and a little soap. With a few thoughtful steps, you’ll achieve a custom, design-forward finish that adds privacy, beauty, and light.
How to Measure
Include a 1/16” gap between the film edges and the window frame (inside the gasket).
How to Install
- STEP 1:Clean the glass
- STEP 2:Measure your window
- STEP 3:Trim the film to size
- STEP 4:Spray glass with soap solution
- STEP 5:Remove backing
- STEP 6:Apply film to your window
- STEP 7:Spray the film with soap solution
- STEP 8:Squeegee out any bubbles
- STEP 9:Wipe off excess moisture
How to Tile
Artscape can easily be cut or tiled together to fit any size window. The pattern repeats left to right and top to bottom on the factory edges. Each sheet is one repeat.

Heritage is a decorative leaded stained glass window film designed to provide privacy while allowing natural light to filter through. A classic design that feels at home in statement windows. Confetti glass details catch the light, while soft pinks, muted reds, and subtle sparkle create a shifting glow throughout the day.
This window film is a studio exclusive, created for those who seek something a little rarer. Available only through Artscape, it lives within our curated collection, where design integrity and craft come first.
- Each 5" x 8" sample is trimmed from the full film, so the portion you receive may vary. Samples represent the material and look, not the full pattern repeat.

I purhased the Heritage window film design and it was so easy to work with. As I wanted to be able to somewhat see through to the outside I cut (with scissors) the film into multiple squares and applied them separately. The film is quality and application was simple. I highly recommend Artscape.
