SHIPPING POLICY
Efficient and Accurate Shipping Rates Calculated by UPS and FedEx.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING - United States
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated directly by UPS, with the following exceptions:
- Bird’s Eye View products ship at a flat rate of $1.00 per item until the free shipping threshold is reached.
- Wallpaper Samples ship free of charge.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
Estimated delivery times are provided by UPS.
Please note:
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Free UPS Ground shipping is available for domestic orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
- Expedited shipping options do not qualify for free shipping.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not eligible for free shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via FedEx.
Artscape ships worldwide to all FedEx-supported destinations from Portland, Oregon, USA.
All international shipping rates and options are calculated by FedEx, with the following exception:
- Bird’s Eye View products ship to Canada at a flat rate of $2.00 USD per item.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
Delivery times are determined by FedEx.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING
Artscape offers free shipping on wholesale orders over $200.
Standard UPS-calculated domestic and international rates apply to all other wholesale orders.
