If you choose to return an item or make an exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase. We only accept returned products in their original condition and in their original packaging. All discounted merchandise is final sale.

Artscape will replace damaged or defective merchandise due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of the date of purchase at no additional cost to the customer.

Wallpaper and murals created using the Artscape Customizer are made to order based on the dimensions and specifications you provide. Because these products are manufactured specifically for your space, custom wallpaper and murals are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product arrives damaged.

Before placing your order, please carefully review all measurements, quantities, and design selections. Artscape cannot be responsible for incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer.

If your custom order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact our Customer Care team here within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed, we'll work with you to provide the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.  It is best practice to order a sample first to make sure the design, color, and material are a good match for your project. 

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team here within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

After reviewing the photos, we'll determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include:

• A replacement product
• A full refund
• A prepaid return shipping label, if a return is required

In many cases, photographs provide enough information for us to evaluate the issue, and we may not require the defective product to be returned.

TARIFFS & DUTIES

Artscape covers all applicable tariffs and import duties on your order. The price you pay at checkout is the final product price, excluding any applicable taxes and shipping charges shown during checkout.

SAMPLES

Wallpaper and window film samples are intended to help you evaluate color, pattern, opacity, and base materials before placing a full order. Because of their low cost and intended purpose, sample orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Returns to Artscape are processed within 10-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. 

 CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us here. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions.
