RETURN POLICY
If you choose to return an item or make an exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase. We only accept returned products in their original condition and in their original packaging. All discounted merchandise is final sale.
Artscape will replace damaged or defective merchandise due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of the date of purchase at no additional cost to the customer.
INSTRUCTIONS
If your item(s) qualify for a return, you may ship your item(s) to the address below.
In order for us to issue a refund, the product must be unused and unaltered. Refunds do not include the original shipping costs and the customer is responsible for shipping the returned goods. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials and ship the item(s) back to Artscape via the carrier of your choice. Write the PO# from your receipt on the exterior of the box to ensure a smooth return process. Artscape reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements. REFUNDS
Returns to Artscape are processed within 10-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us here. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions.
