1. Will the crop shown in the order window be the exact artwork I receive?
   
   Yes! The crop shown in the visualizer reflects the artwork you’ll receive, so you can see exactly how your mural will look before ordering.
   
   
2. Why can’t I click “Preview and Show Price” after entering my dimensions?
   
   Our minimum order size is 20 sq. ft. If your entered dimensions are less than 20 sq. ft., the “Preview and Show Price” button will not be clickable. 
   
   
3. My wall is taller or shorter than the dimensions allowed for this design. Can I still order it?
   
   Possibly! Each design has different size limitations to ensure the best possible print quality. Reach out to our design team using the link below with your desired dimensions. We’ll let you know if we can create a custom print file to accommodate a taller ceiling or smaller space.
   
   
4. What happens if I don't order enough wallpaper?
   
   We recommend measuring carefully before placing your order to ensure you have enough wallpaper to complete your project.
   
   Because our wallpaper is printed to order, slight color variations can occur between print runs. Additionally, matching the artwork and pattern placement from a previous order can be difficult and not optimal. For these reasons, we're unable to print additional wallpaper designed to continue exactly where a previous order left off. If you run short, you'll need to place a new order for the full area to ensure consistent color, pattern alignment, and a seamless finish. We recommend ordering a little extra to account for trimming, pattern matching, and unexpected installation needs.
   
   
5. If I zoom in or out on the mural, will the scale of the artwork change when printed?
   
   Yes. The zoom controls change the scale of the artwork itself. Zooming in makes the design appear larger, while zooming out makes it smaller. The crop shown in the visualizer will reflect the scale you’ve selected.
   
   
6. Some of the repeating patterns don't allow me to zoom out, but I’d like the pattern to be smaller. Can the scale be adjusted?
   
   Yes, reach out to our design team using the link below. Depending on the design, we may be able to adjust the artwork to create a smaller pattern scale for your space.

Please double-check your measurements and order enough wallpaper to complete your project. Because slight color variations can occur between print runs, we cannot guarantee a seamless match with additional wallpaper ordered later. If you run short, you'll need to reorder the wallpaper for the full area.

For the best fit, add 6 inches to both the overall height and width of your measurements. This provides extra material for trimming during installation and helps accommodate walls that may not be perfectly square.

1. Measure the Width

Using a tape measure, measure the full width of your wall from edge to edge at its widest point. 

Wallpapering multiple walls? Measure each wall separately and add the widths together.

2. Measure the Height

Measure from the floor to the ceiling at the tallest point of the wall. 

3. Include Doors and Windows

Do not subtract windows, doors, built-ins, or other architectural features from your measurements. 

Wallpaper is installed in full panels and trimmed around these elements during installation, so the total wall dimensions should always be used when ordering.

4. Double Check Your Measurements

We recommend measuring twice before placing your order. 

Custom murals are produced as a complete image and designed to install in sequence. To ensure proper pattern alignment, all panels within a mural must be ordered at the same height.
