We’re delighted to introduce Artscape Wallpaper, a thoughtfully crafted collection of 24 original designs, each one born from hand-drawn sketches, paintings, layered textures, and the creative energy of our Portland, Oregon studio. Sustainably printed in Sweden and available in both Peel & Stick and Paste the Wall formats, our wallpaper brings material-rich storytelling to spaces of all shapes and sizes.

Artistry at the Core
Every Artscape design begins by hand, on paper, in paint, or through fiber. Our creative process is tactile, rooted in real materials and a deep respect for craft. From layering pigment and ink to weaving and embroidery, we bring texture and nuance to every surface.
This hands-on approach ensures that the final wallpaper designs don’t just look crafted, they feel crafted. And while our patterns are made to work in modern interiors, their soul lies in traditional technique.
Collaboration as a Practice
At Artscape, collaboration is at the core of how we work. We partner with local Portland-based artists who share our reverence for process, place, and storytelling.
This debut collection includes two artist collaborations:
Jenna Lechner, an illustrator whose hand-painted watercolors are inspired by the wild beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Her patterns echo native flora, filtered through a lens of elegance and painterly detail.
Ilse Coffman, a multidisciplinary artist whose tactile approach spans painting, collage, and printmaking. Her designs bring a layered, dimensional quality to the collection, with forms that feel both grounded and ethereal.
In tandem with our in-house design team, Kate Troyer and Christin Dunbar, each artist brings their unique voice and technique to the line, resulting in a collection that’s grounded in tradition but made for today.
A Collection with Character
From bold florals to quiet minimalism, there’s a style here for every kind of space.
Take Charlotte, for example, a dramatic floral inspired by the sculptural form of dahlias and Art Deco design. With its deep burgundy tones and lavish shading, Charlotte brings a sense of rhythm and glamour to the wall.
Or Laurel, which began as a stained-glass concept and evolved into a graceful leaf motif, pared back in palette and rich in flow. Elegant in its restraint, Laurel brings calm and clarity to any space it inhabits.
Each design in the collection offers its own voice, but all share a deep connection to material, place, and story.
