Wallpaper Return Policy
Returns are accepted for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, wallpaper rolls must be undamaged with the factory sticker seal intact. Wallpaper rolls that have been opened and unrolled are no longer eligible for a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost to Artscape. Please use the same box the wallpaper was shipped in for returns. If you no longer have the packaging, use a sturdy box with proper packing materials to ensure a safe delivery.
Artscape highly recommends ordering samples of designs first to select the design that works best. Artscape does not offer exchanges on wallpaper designs/rolls.
